Robotics FIRST Play Day
Western students garnered an opportunity to explain their "game strategy" to Governor Martin O'Malley, who had stopped by to observe the FIRST Robotics Play Day on February 16, 2008. Thirty public high schools in the area, including seven BCPSS high school teams, participated in the robotics scrimmage to test the worthiness of their robots one last time before going on to compete in the Chesapeake Regional Competition in Annapolis next month.
