Western Attends Opera
On April 2, 2008 twelve Western students and their chaperones Mrs. Robin Paige and Ms. Elizabeth Cullen attended the Baltimore Opera Company's Romeo et Juliet as a part of BOC's Opera in the Curriculum initiative.
The Doves met a group of students from St Paul's School for Girls and St. Paul's School. Students and chaperones enjoyed a home cooked meal in the home of Mrs. Alice Mack, SPSG music teacher, then boarded buses to the performance. Everyone enjoyed the opportunity to strengthen the relationship between WHS and SPSG and hoped that similar events can be scheduled in the coming school year.
