Francine Lamoureux

The Western High School community mourns the loss of Francine Lamoureux, instructor of Spanish and French since 1998, who succumbed to cancer on February 11.

A dedicated, passionate teacher, Ms. Lamoureux lived for her students at Western, and had high expectations for them. She worked in our Saturday Academy for no pay to help students improve their skills. Ms. Lamoureux also served as an advisor to the Foreign Language Club and the Spanish Club.

We will all miss her broad smile and big heart.
