Senior Inauguration, Class of 2010
Western celebrated the inauguration of the Class of 2010 as seniors on September 24, 2009. In Western tradition, the class processed into the auditorium in white attire to the accompaniment of the Western band under the direction of Charles Strother.
Guest speaker Davita Carpenter '87 addressed the class and its theme for the occasion, "Let the Legacy Begin: Arriving at Gate 2010." Members of the senior class entertained the audience with musical and modern dance performances.
